PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT

 

• 1978-Right out of Law School I went to work as a Prosecutor for the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office. I tried all types of criminal cases from petty theft and driving under the influence cases to murder cases with special circumstances.

• 1984-Became the first Legal Advisor to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department.

• 1987-Entered private practice as a criminal defense attorney and have tried every type of criminal case as a defense attorney up to the present time.
